And they still lack the proper amount of arm rests.

dang, breton is right on the money.

lack of extra arm rests kills any liking of this movie theater I had.

I agree, Breton. In fact, I was almost disappointed to scroll down and see that someone else already had the same comment! What good is a plush leather superwide chair if you've still gotta deal with the oaf next to you hogging the armrest?

That Hong Kong design eye is fabulous.

Show me some armrests with temp controls to keep my drink cold or my popcorn hot and then ill be there. So what if it LOOKS futuristic.Id rather experience the feel and sound of the future like if the actors voices were right next to u or holographic lLIKE ON BACK TO THE FUTURE!!thats what im talkin bout!

Thanks to the guys at /Film (http://www.slashfilm.com/2008/03/24/cool-stuff-...), we have answers.

"Tickets range from $50HK ($6.42 American) to$75HK ($9.64 American). You can choose your exact seat online when purchasing your ticket. The cinema’s refreshment bar offers freshly imported cheeses from England and Denmark, quality olives, a variety of desserts, more than 10 types of mineral water, from Italy, the U.S., France, and Switzerland (available at the specially-designed Aqua Bar)."

So, that's $10 to see a movie, and for airfare and a hotel for a 3-day weekend via Travelocity (say, Labor Day weekend), you can see a lovely movie in this great theater for just $2425 (plus tax and concessions)! What a steal!

It's kind of dizzying, but I like it. I would not not want to go there.
