    This could be sweet.

If they make Waldo a runaway prisoner (striped shirt) who is head of the Waldo crime family and is also a Bourne like badass. That'd be sweet lol

I hope I die before I ever see a trailer/poster/release date. What an awful idea. The books were great, why can't we just leave them that way?

First Bazooka Joe and now this. What's next, an adaptation of...you know what? I'm not gonna say it. Some studio executive may use it.

I'm with Mr Death here...I could spend some time coming up with some outrageous shit, like 'hey, why doesn't the Bounty paper towel guy have a movie?'. The whole time thinking I'm saying something so stupid and outrageous that it could never happen, then read here how Universal is developing it for Brett Ratner. This world is slow roasted nuttiness.

EDIT: I just want to announce that I've moved my movie "Bounty: Mousture Quest" to Fox Searchlight for Christmas 2010.

If you follow me on Twitter (please don't), you'll know that I've changed my mind completely on this. I know see it as a film that could highlight the advent of technology allowing everyone to be heard and seen at once.

In a world where everyone can be seen, one man struggles to stand out. This summer, stand...with Waldo. (cue Terminator music)

Man, that's brilliant! Sell it to the studio! ;)

The Bounty guy teams up with the Brawny lumberjack, a hired assasian in disquise, and Mr. Clean (played by Patrick Stewert) to fight their greatest foe yet: That orange juice I spilled this morning on my counter.

They managed it with the cartoon series already... I hope they have those bits where Wally will disappear during an inportant conversation or plot sequence, then they freeze-frame the screen for a minute and the voice over narrator will taunt you into finding wally. I both LOVED and hated those as a kid.

You guys are gonna feel really stupid when this movie is the best thing since the "Where in the World is Carmen San Diego" game show.

I say cast Ed Helms as Waldo. Bam. Someone pay me.
  • Cole_Abaius · 6 months ago
The lack of Rockapella in a Waldo movie (whereas they would be front and center (or delivering the word on the street) in a Carmen Sandiego feature) instantly makes it inferior. Your move, Radde.

two things, I have already MADE a where's waldo movie, so f u universal, and I have a fantastic script for an evil waldo film. again, f u universal.

It may be a revolutionary new concept for moviegoing. Perhaps they can setup a contest where if you are able to spot Waldo within the first 15 mins you can get your money back
