Boiling Point: Twilight
I would really like to see Josh in the role because having seen Planet Terror I reckon Josh has what it takes to be Jonah Hex.
What does everyone else think?
I think that Michael C. Hall (Dexter) might just have what Jonah Hex needs. You can say with a knee jerk that Dexter Morgan is a one-note character, and you wouldn't be wrong -- that's the point, and what makes Dexter, Dexter; he only has one note to play. But anyone who saw the episode this season where Dexter calls in a phony tip as an imaginary informant and briefly but uncannily assumes another persona for the blink of an eye, got a preview of the full tilt showmanship of Michael C. Hall.
The person who could have pulled off Jonah Hex was Clint Eastwood when he was in his prime. He had the look and tone for what it meant to be a scarred cowboy with a vendetta.
But someone I think would be able to pull it off would be.......Viggo Mortenson. He has shown he has the moves to be an action hero and a wronged person.
