Nic Cage dropping out is bad for a movie?

Does anyone in Hollywood actually watch movies? how the guy keeps getting work and millions to do it is beyond belief.

Nic Cage has had some good films but hes a bit stale for hollywood (not to mention old.) Hollywood only cares for young acthors like Channon Tatum who has little to no talent in the acting world. lets hope hollywood can get over this and hire more actors like christoph waltz... thank you Quentin Tarantino
