Boiling Point: Twilight
This may actually get me to pick up a book and read for the first time in years!
Are Jedi Zombies too far off????
My personal favorites are the ones that featured Bobba Fett (in my opinion one of the best characters in the Star Wars universe) They were really great, and I've always thought that one of the stories could be spun off into a movie. That'd be one hell of a way to get the fans back Lucas! Do an R rated Bobba Fett film. I salivate at the thought...
I also like the novels that deal with Luke training the next gen. of Jedi's. His nephews. Those were pretty sweet. But man, I haven't sat down to read a book in ages. But I'd make time if I was ever informed of a really cool sounding idea (like this one, which I do plan on reading!)
The novel which featured the death of Chewbacca really annoyed my dad. He quit reading star wars novels after that... I guess its a golden rule of writing: don't kill the wookie.
The Star Wars Universe must have trillions of people, a much longer history, and some pretty monstrous things actually exist. They must have some wicked horror stories, aka, what happened last Thursday when I want to pick up some milk on Dantooine and was attacked by a god damn dinosaur snake that hunts by night.
I say turn this book into a series and then make it a cartoon, because horror is awesome and so are Storm Troopers.
RobertFure made some good points. There are tons of possibilities in the Star Wars universe of more horror tales.
Regardless, that cover art is quite awesome.
May the Force be with us!
